![]() Hello friends, I was honoured when my friend Charley Murdog asked me to write a little piece for her and introduce myself to you all. It’s my first big writing job and I'm an East End dog so forgive me if it doesn't read like an Oxford article! I’d like to share a little bit about my Christmas season and my new found love of UGGs Hunters. This kicked off with a weekend break by the seaside with Charlie a couple of weeks ago. (No hanky panky, we are just friends & good thing as I might not have landed this jobJ) Off we headed with our humans mine in Hunters and Charley's in UGGs – we won’t mention the Dunlop’s it’s a man thing... Why did I fall in love with such dreadful footwear you may ask? Well we are little dogs so we see a lotta lotta feet and this combo featured exclusively in what was a brilliant weekend. Mornings on the beach, back to the house for chicken and the odd sneaky sausage, off out again for more wave & ball chasing all rounded off with evenings on the sofa. Yes they took off their boots and didn't move out for two whole nights! Back to London happy and exhausted and so the sparkly shoe season kicked off. Nights out in our lovely local dog friendly bars and restaurants, yes there are lots around Limehouse & Wapping! I’m all for a good night out if the humans didn’t go a bit crazy around the holiday season. Voices get louder, heals get higher, dance moves go from bad to worse & the music – REALLY. I’ve seen every shape and size of pretty shoe on the dance floor recently but I will always be a UGGs and Hunters man. If Hunters is reading this please note I’m burnt out and looking forward to a dry January curled up on the sofa. Happy to do daytime excursions if UGGs and the chief Exec are around but no more sparkly shoe nights for a bit PLEASE. Happy New Year – may the boots be with you. Vinnie K x
